- Grief
- Do not place or remove blocks in an area that you do not have permission to build in. However, unclaimed territory is fair game.
- Avoid being a nuisance to other players and the community.
- Harassment by destroying terrain or destroying obvious paths between towns and other features added to the terrain for the sake of being a nuisance is frowned upon and may warrant moderation action.

- PVP - This is not a PVP-Centered server, therefore some PVP actions are illegal;
- Spawn-camping and attempting to trick people out of their protected areas for the purpose of killing them is illegal. This includes pushing people out of PVP-Protected areas and harassing people by stalking and killing them over and over again.
- Trapping/Killing people in non-pvp areas is forbidden.
- Property Ownership

- If you are in a claim that you are not added to the owner has the right to ask you to leave the claim. Refusal to leave will result in being teleported away by staff, and continued trespassing will result in punitive actions being taken.
- Zoning
- If a player claims land within 25 blocks of a claim and the owner of the already-established claim takes issue with it, the player with the oldest placed claim has the right to ask the other user to leave. If the newer player refuses, the older claim owner may ask a staff member to remove the newer claim. The older claim owner has 10 days from the time of discovering the new claim to ask the claimee to move.
If both claims wish to expand borders closer to each other they must sign a Treaty on the forums. This Treaty stays in affect forever, no matter the relationship between both claim owners. This protects both players from issues in the future.

- Do not spam profanities in chat, you’re welcomed to swear just not in excess.
- No Caps or Letter spam will be tolerated.
- Absolutely no blatant bigotry or racism will be tolerated under any circumstance and will warrant immediate removal from the community at the moderation staff’s discretion.
- No advertising or recruiting for other servers or projects (this is just rude…). You may still invite friends who play with you often to other servers but you may still be moderated over this if you’re abusing this rule.
- Instigating or otherwise triggering chat will lead to you being asked to take the conversation to DM’s by moderation staff non compliance will result in removal from the community.
- Conversations about suicide and other assorted subjects are not allowed. If you are having problems, please seek help.

Automatic Wealth Generation (“awg”)top
Automatic Machines are not allowed, including afk fishing machines.
Any hardware or software that gives you a leg-up in money making is strictly forbidden. This includes auto-clickers, macros, etc.
Macros that provide heads-up-display information may be allowed.
Auto-farming, or any farm that generates wealth with little to no action are strictly forbidden, including;Fully automatic farms which require no replanting and no activity (including simply pressing a button) from the farmer, besides standing in place. This includes auto cactus farms.
(Farms that utilize water mechanics to harvest crops may generally be allowed.)
Use of light to create automatic or semiautomatic methods of farming (“Light Farms”).

Exploitstop
You may not use or abuse bugs, glitches, or exploitations. Severe punitive actions may be issued for abuse that circumvents the gameplay. This includes differentiations between prices.
If you happen to find a bug or glitch, promptly file a report to the administration team.If you do find an exploit and do not promptly report it to administration, you risk having your economy wiped and claims erased.
Those whom promptly report a bug or glitch may be rewarded.

Hacked Clientstop
A "hacked client" constitutes any client or mod that allows a user to circumvent normal gameplay: tracking player and mob locations, chest and dungeon finders, auto-clicking, fast-breaking, PvP hacking, flight, xray, etc. This includes xray texture packs.
