in the classic ellenistic lenguage the numbers are different from the roman numbers, like the alphabet. but the lenguage has got somethings that are similar. i don't know how to explain it in english...
= 1, = 5, = 10, = 100, = 1000, and = 10000 those are greek numerals (by my knowledge they sorta work the same as roman numerals) but higher numbers reuse lower numerals with small powers of ten written in them.
